Jesus had a very simple way to bring cultural change to a group of people in Matthew 13:33. Have people carrying this culture (Kingdom leaven) come in contact with people you desire to carry it (the meal)

Research shows that culture drives engagement, retention and performance. A positive organisational culture makes life better for customers, staff and all stakeholders. But what culture should we be striving for? Cultural models should be driven from Scripture and be a holistic approach to organisational transformation. Organisational leaders can then be confident that they are helping people and bringing the Kingdom. We assess organisations with a Kingdom model in christian or corporate language. This assessment provides understanding of the values and culture of the various people groups of the enterprise. We facilitate planning sessions to embed new values and create cultural change through the key touch points of the enterprise with a focus on leadership development

Changing the people

Jesus said in Galatians 5:9 that a "little leaven leavens the whole lump". This has both positive and negative implications. We help enterprises to recruit people who already carry the desired culture of the enterprise and identify those in their organisation of significant cultural deviation

The Apostle Paul said in Romans 12:2 that we are "transformed by the renewing of our minds". We help enterprises to construct development programs that bring personal transformation to enable people to carry to the desired culture of the enterprise. We do so by utilizing five development processes

Leadership influence

Cultural transformation is accelerated when those who carry the desired culture are influencing others. We help enterprises to identify and deploy formal and informal leaders as influencers and help them to increase their influencing skills.
