Cultural Change
Kingdom enterprises, whether they are businesses, churches, missions or other ventures, are primarily focused on the development of personal and organisational culture. This is because they see themselves as a part of a bigger mission of helping people to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. This cultural pursuit gives rise to several questions

1. What specific cultures should we be pursuing? - You need a kingdom model
2. Do these cultures lift our performance? - You need to understand the research
3. How are we currently tracking in the development of these cultures? - You need a values and culture survey
4. How do we further develop these cultures? - You need a transformation strategy

Kingdom Culture Australia has developed a Kingdom Culture model that it uses to assess the values and culture of individuals and organisations. The elements of this model have been shown to lift organisational performance. In response to a values and culture assessment, we bring proven cultural transformation strategies to help organisations to jointly bring the kingdom and lift performance.

Changing the people
Jesus said in Galatians 5:9 that a "little leaven leavens the whole lump". This has both positive and negative implications. We help enterprises to recruit people who already carry the desired culture of the enterprise and identify those in their organisation of significant cultural deviation
Changing the people
The Apostle Paul said in Romans 12:2 that we are "transformed by the renewing of our minds". We help enterprises to construct development programs that bring personal transformation to enable people to carry to the desired culture of the enterprise. We do so by utilizing five development processes
Leadership influence
Cultural transformation is accelerated when those who carry the desired culture are influencing others. We help enterprises to identify and deploy formal and informal leaders as influencers and help them to increase their influencing skills.
